Maenporth is unique and exclusive with 29 acres of natural wooded grounds, in an area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Overlooking Maenporth beach and next to woodland, this outstanding holiday location offers everything for the family, as well as a wonderfully quiet and peaceful location for a truly relaxing holiday. The Property has reversed accommodation to maximise the outlook. The entrance is at first floor level, which leads through the entrance hall ( with cloakroom and storage cupboard containing Washer/ drier ) to the main living area. This is open plan with a very well equipped NEFF kitchen and spacious dining and lounge area with a patio door leading out to a balcony which has stunning sea views. Downstairs the main twin bedded bedroom has sea views and a patio door leading to a secluded grassy area and a patio. The second bedroom has twin beds, and sea views. The third bedroom has bunk beds and a patio door leading to an enclosed patio area. The bathroom has a bath with shower, WC & basin. All bookings for this property are directly with the owners, it is very well furnished, more as a home than a holiday home. Many bookings are by families who go back year after year. The Leisure Centre has a swimming pool, sauna, Jacuzzi, table tennis, pool table, 2 tennis courts, and play areas. The 29 acres of grounds are superbly kept with woodland walks. By the beach is a Cafe where you can normally hire surf canoes, and overlooking the sea is The Cove restaurant and bar offering excellent cuisine for all the family. There are wonderful costal walks, the Helford river is close by, as is Falmouth with its new Maritime Museum, and the EDEN Project is 45 minutes away.
