Overlooking Maenporth beach with ground floor access, this outstanding holiday location offers everything for the family, as well as a wonderfully quiet and peaceful location for a truly relaxing holiday.

The Accommodation Sat to Sat 2 Bedrooms for up to 4 Persons.
There are 2 bedrooms, Dining and lounge area Kitchen, bath/shower, oven, hob, washing machine/ drier, fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave, TV, video player, night storage heaters.
Sea Views from all the rooms - apartment for up to 4 people.
The Crags is a two bedroom apartment with access at ground floor level, but, because of the sloping land, the spectacular sea and countryside views are from balconies at first floor level.
The sitting / dining room is open plan with doors to the balcony with sea and countryside views. Two 2 seater sofas; freeview television and video player.
The kitchen area has a cherry fitted kitchen; electric fan oven with hob; microwave oven; dishwasher, fridge/freezer. A separate cupboard in the hallway houses a combined washing machine / dryer.
There is a double bedroom with en suite WC and washbasin. The second bedroom has full sized bunks. Both bedrooms have doors to another balcony with stunning sea views over Maenporth beach and Falmouth Bay.
Family bathroom with bath / shower.
The property has with sea views from all rooms, as well as the balconies. Full use of all the leisure facilities is included.

Bookings are from 15.00 Saturday to 10.00 Sat.
A deposit payment (25%) will be due once the booking has been confirmed. The Balance is due 8 weeks before arrival.
To make a booking - enter your holiday dates, you will then be able to see confirmation of price and availability, you can then fill in a 'Provisional' Booking form
Your provisional booking will be held for 5 days.
