The entrance hall has a cupboard housing AEG washer / dryer and ground floor shower room with washbasin and WC

There is an large open plan sitting / dining room with French doors to rear patio area. Two sofas, freeview television and DVD.There is an attractive Italian limed oak kitchen with ceramic tiled floor and AEG fan oven and hob; microwave oven; fridge/freezer; dishwasher.

There is a good sized Double bedroom to the rear of the property with king size bed and alcove window with sea view. The second and third bedrooms are at the front. One has a single bed and alcove window, whilst the other has full size bunk beds.

The bathroom has a bath with good shower attachment, washbasin and WC.

Bookings are from 15.00 Saturday to 10.00 Sat.
A deposit payment (25%) will be due once the booking has been confirmed.
To make a booking - enter your holiday dates, you will then be able to see confirmation of price and availability, you can then fill in a 'Provisional' Booking form
Your provisional booking will be held for 5 days.
We will E-Mail you with all the details of who to pay and where to send your payment.
