The property has accommodation for up to 6 persons, with sea views from 3 rooms (lounge, bed 1 & 2), as well as the balcony, patio and lawn.
There are 3 bedrooms, 2 patios, garden furniture, bath/shower, 2 Wc's.
Washing machine/drier, fridge freezer, Neff oven & hob, dishwasher, microwave, 2 TV's, 2 DVD players, night storage heaters, radio. Wi Fi available in the house.
You will have full use of the communal grounds and leisure centre
A luxurious high quality holiday property for up to 6 persons.
The Property has reversed accommodation to maximise the outlook. The entrance is at first floor level, which leads through the entrance hall ( with cloakroom and storage cupboard containing Washer/ drier ) to the main living area. This is open plan with a very well equipped NEFF kitchen and spacious dining and lounge area with a patio door leading out to a balcony which has stunning sea views.
Downstairs the main twin bedded bedroom has sea views and a patio door leading to a secluded grassy area and a patio. The second bedroom has twin beds, and sea views. The third bedroom has bunk beds and a patio door leading to an enclosed patio area. The bathroom has a bath with shower, WC & basin.
It is very well furnished, more as a home than a holiday home. Many bookings are by families who go back year after year.

Bookings are from 15.00 Friday to 10.00 Friday
A deposit payment (25%) will be due once the booking has been confirmed. The Balance is due 8 weeks before arrival.
To make a booking - enter your holiday dates, you will then be able to see confirmation of price and availability, you can then fill in a 'Provisional' Booking form
Your provisional booking will be held for 5 days.
