The open plan kitchen, dining and lounge area is well equipped and furnished in a contemporary style, boasting quirky features like a record player with vinyl’s.

Sliding doors lead to the decked balcony with uninterrupted sea views over Maenporth beach, stretching to the Roseland Peninsula.

The Apartment is located at the end of the terrace – an ideal location for a peaceful and relaxing holiday.

1, The Ridges. with stunning sea views from the lounge & balcony, its own private courtyard & garden, the apartment is very quiet and is convenient for the Leisure Centre and minutes from the beach.

As you enter the entrance hall from ground level there are 2 large storage cupboards, with wonderful pictures of the local area on the doors, storage for shoes etc.  

The lounge has a large comfortable sofa next to an attractive electric fire The Sofa and 2 chairs are positioned for the best sea view. There is a Smart TV  with an Orbit bluetooth sound bar and DVD. Also, interestingly is a Vinyl record player with a collection of vinyl records that you are free to play. In one of the two lounge storage areas, there is a Freezer. Off the lounge is the large balcony with table and chairs, and glorious beach & sea views. 

The open plan kitchen has 2 very large mirrors making the area light and interesting, also with light from a Velux skylight, below which is the dining area with table and chairs which can extend to seat 6. The Kitchen has an electric oven, stove hob, Bosch extractor unit, microwave, toaster kettle, slimline dishwasher, plenty of storage.

On the same level is the main large double bedroom with a king size Oak double bed, chest of drawers, plenty of storage. Window to courtyard & garden.  Newly refurbished en-suite with natural stone, walk-in power shower & WC  and refurbished shower/bath in the family bathroom between the bedroom. All bedding is White Company Linen. Towels are included (except beach towels). 

The Second Bedroom has twin beds that can be joined to make a king-sized bed, storage and door to the courtyard & garden.

 There is also  a cupboard with a washing machine in the inner hall.

Sorry but smoking is not allowed within the property, also regretfully No Pets.

Booking Information

Bookings are from 15.00 on your start day to 10.00 at the end of your holiday.

A deposit payment (25%) will be due within 5 days. The Balance is due 8 weeks before arrival.

To make a booking – on the calendar hover over your holiday dates, you will then be able to see confirmation of price and availability.

The rates include electricity, and full use of the Leisure Facilities – Indoor Swimming Pool, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Tennis Courts, Table Tennis etc.

Please Note Bathroom towels provided – please bring your own pool and beach towels.
