A cottage with conservatory for 4+ persons.

The property has its own parking area. The front door opens to a hall with twin bedroom and shower/WC.

The cottage is on 3 levels with 4 stairs (+skylight) up to the main bedroom and family bathroom. There is a staircase down to the main living area & conservatory.

The kitchen is very well fitted with Electric cooker, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine/drier and dishwasher. The open plan lounge has very comfortable leather sofas, Wi-Fi, TV, DVD & CD player, well furnished. There are double doors to the conservatory, with dining table, a great all year round facility.

The conservatory leads to the patio with comfortable garden furniture, there is a grass area and you by a lovely wooded area.

From the hall there are 4 steps to the main bedroom, storage and the family bathroom with bath, shower over, WC & bidet.

The main bedroom has a double bed, plenty of storage and has woodland views through an alcove window, TV.

The cottage has 3 storage heaters so ideal for year round use.

Sorry but smoking and pets are not allowed.

Booking Information

Bookings are from 15.00 on your start day to 10.00 at the end of your holiday.

A deposit payment (25%) will be due within 5 days. The Balance is due 8 weeks before arrival.

To make a booking – on the calendar hover over your holiday dates, you will then be able to see confirmation of price and availability.

Just “click” and you will be able to book.

The rates include Linen (except Beach Towels) electricity, and full use of the Leisure Facilities – Indoor Swimming Pool, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Tennis Courts, Table Tennis etc.
