As we remain in uncertain times, we would like to reassure you that we will work with you to secure your holiday with Maenporth Holidays.
If your accommodation is not being provided for any reason, or if you need to cancel your booking due to the UK Public Health Measures, or a member of your party tests for Covid-19 we will either fully refund you the amount you have paid for your booking or move your booking to a later date this year.
Enhanced cleaning measure have been implemented to provide a safe environment for our guests. We will send out more information nearer to your holiday arrival date. This policy applies to all our properties. March 2021.

The spacious master bedroom has a king sized bed, with great storage space. The second and third bedrooms have twin beds and bunk beds, overlooking the front terrace of the house.
The kitchen is well equipped and opens on to the large lounge and dining area, with patio doors to the rear patio and garden area. A truly peaceful location, surrounded by woodland. Sleeps 6 in 3 bedrooms + cot.

There is a good sized double bedroom to the rear of the property with king size bed. The second and third bedrooms are at the front. One has twin beds, while the other has full size bunk beds. The bathroom has a bath with shower attachment, washbasin and WC.
Sorry but smoking is not allowed within the property, also regretfully No Pets.
Bookings are from 15.00 on your start day to 10.00 at the end of your holiday.
A deposit payment (25%) will be due within 5 days. The Balance is due 8 weeks before arrival.

The rates include electricity, and full use of the Leisure Facilities – Indoor Swimming Pool, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Tennis Courts, Table Tennis etc.
