Maenporth Estate is the perfect place for all the family. Visit us and enjoy a quiet and relaxing break away from the noise and bustle of everyday life. With a great beach a few minutes away, a fantastic beach café and local renowned restaurant it is a wonderful destination to unwind.

No parties or events allowed. No smoking allowed. No pets allowed. No unregistered guests allowed. No loud music.
No illegal substances allowed on the premises.
Please respect check-in time of 4pm and check-out time 10am.
Please take extra care of your keys. Lost keys incur a replacement fee.
Please take care of the furnishings. You have to pay for damages.
Please don’t rearrange the furniture. Please do your dishes.
Please take the trash out before you leave.

Maenporth does not tolerate anti-social behaviour. This includes drinking in communal areas, meeting up in large groups, playing loud music, shouting, swearing, littering, or otherwise breaching the Maenporth Estate Code of Conduct.
Guests will be asked to leave and will not be allowed to return.
