Fine Dining
Acclaimed The Cove restaurant is situated right by the entrance to Maenporth Estate. Much loved for almost two decades, it has recently been acquired by the acclaimed Michelin-star chef Michael Caines, one of Britain’s most popular and well-known chefs. The holder of two Michelin stars for 18 consecutive years, he is a familiar face on Masterchef, Saturday Kitchen, Sunday Brunch, and The Great British Menu. The menus are stunning and range from informal meals to enjoy by the sea as well as the full Michale Caines Signature dining experience.
Other local activities
On the beach there is the opportunity to hire kayaks and paddle-boards and surfing and yoga lessons are also available. There is a fantastic beach café called Life’s a Beach that serves excellent coffee, brunch and lunch. Take a kayak or paddle-board tour of the cove, exploring the shipwreck and the caves.
