Within the prestigious Maenporth Estate, with guest access to superb leisure facilities, sits this spacious, luxurious, duplex apartment occupying two floors with the advantage of a balcony, a patio and a terrace overlooking Maenporth beach. Guests have access during their stay to superb leisure facilities. This smart but welcoming apartment sleeps 6 people across 3 bedrooms (one kingsize and two twin bedded rooms) plus an ensuite and family bathroom, a spacious and light open plan living space consisting of lounge, dining & bespoke well-equipped kitchen. With your own laundry facilities and plentiful storage, this apartment has absolutely everything you could possibly want for your relaxing holiday retreat.

From the parking area a few steps lead down to the private front door at ground floor level. Once inside, there is an inner porch door leading to the hall. From here you can access: Lounge/Dining/Kitchen living space – open plan, light and spacious with solid oak floor, dining table for 6 (but extends to seat 8), Italian leather corner sofa, smart TV with Freesat & DVD, a Bose speaker, electric wall heater and heated floor throughout. Patio doors leading to the balcony which is sheltered and enclosed, complete with patio furniture allowing you to relax and take in the beautiful views. Large modern open plan kitchen area with solid oak cupboards and soft close doors, granite worktops, down lights & plinth lights, tiled floor, 1.5 sink, extraction unit, dishwasher, fridge, separate freezer, hob, oven, microwave, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, heated towel rail and underfloor heating. 
Also at this ground floor level, Bedroom  no. 3 – twin pine beds, bedside tables and lamps, large double wardrobe, dressing table, electric wall heater, full length mirror, smart TV, Family bathroom – light, spacious and immaculate with bath and fabulous shower over, WC, sink and plentiful storage, heated towel rail and underfloor heating, Washing machine and tumble drier cleverly housed and concealed in cupboard in hall, A large walk-in storage hall cupboard for coats, shoes, ironing board and iron, stair-gate, a large selection of games to cover all ages and interests, books and maps detailing walks and activities in the local area.

Stairs then lead to the lower ground floor which comprises, master bedroom with king-sized oak bed, bedside tables, dressing table, side table, smart TV, large double built in wardrobe. Sliding patio doors to rear patio and terrace. En-suite – an impressive and modern en-suite with large walk in shower/wet room (power shower rainhead plus hand held shower head), handbasin, WC, heated towel rail and underfloor heating. Bedroom no. 2 – large room with twin beds, bedside tables with lamps, double built in wardrobe, hanging rail and drawer storage within, smart TV, electric wall heater. Patio doors to rear sheltered patio and terrace.
The patio doors from both these bedrooms give access out to a large furnished patio area – an ideal spot to savour your morning tea or coffee. whatever the Cornish weather (part of the patio is undercover).  Or you may wish to meander on to the apartment’s terrace to enjoy your morning tea or evening hot chocolate/glass of wine basking in the wonderful view of Maenporth beach below, the sound and smell of the rolling surf and the vastness of the ocean. This is a wonderful spot with unique granite garden furniture from which you can admire the sunrise and sunset.
There is storage on the patio filled with beach equipment (parasol, windbreaks, buckets, spades, bodyboards etc) which guests are welcome to make use of. We just request that you clean/dry the items and put back in the storage for the next guests. 


A minimum 3 night booking is required at off-peak times ie January to May half term and October to December (with flexible changeover days)

A minimum 7 night booking is requested at peak periods which are from mid-June through to mid-September. (see below)

Changeover day for 12 The Crags during peak weeks is a Friday.
