As we remain in uncertain times we would like to reassure you that we will work with you to secure your holiday with Maenporth Holidays.
If your accommodation is not being provided for any reason, or if you need to cancel your booking due to the UK Public Health Measures, ill health or family reasons preventing you from travel we will either fully refund you the amount you have paid for your booking or move your booking to a later date this year or to 2021.
Enhanced cleaning measure have been implemented to provide a safe environment for our guests. We will send out more information nearer to your holiday arrival date. This policy applies to all our properties.

A beautiful home for 5 guests in an excellent position, with all you might ever need for your holiday!
Upstairs, the master bedroom has a king sized double bed with woodland views. Across the hallway, the twin and single bedrooms are comfortable and nicely decorated.
Downstairs there is a light and spacious double aspect lounge and dining area which leads to a fully equipped open plan kitchen. There are French windows opening onto the patio area and extensive lawned gardens with both woodland and sea views.

49 Upper Stables has been carefully fully refurbished by its owners and has a 4 star rating by Visit England. It has its own patio and good size grass area overlooking woodland with views to the sea. It has a private feel as it is not overlooked. It is very convenient for the Leisure Centre and minutes from the beach.
The entrance hall has a toilet/shower off, also a storage cupboard and a separate cupboard housing a new Bosch washing machine.
There is a large bright double aspect open plan lounge/dining room with French doors to a rear patio and extensive grass area with woodland views ahead and sea views to the right. The lounge is very well furnished and includes 2 large leather sofas. New smart flat screen TV with freesat, DVD and I pod player.
The kitchen is very smart with units in cream wood, excellent equipment, fan oven and hob, microwave, fridge-freezer and dishwasher. The owners have also just added a new Bosch tumble dryer and worktop.
Upstairs, there is a good sized double bedroom to the rear of the property with king size bed and alcove window with woodland views. The second and third bedrooms are at the front. One has twin beds and alcove window, whilst the other has a single bed. In the upstairs hall there is an airing cupboard. The bathroom has a shower bathtub with good shower attachment, washbasin and WC.
Regrettably, the stairs are not suitable for a stairgate.
Sorry but smoking and pets are not allowed.
Bookings are from 15.00 on your start day to 10.00 at the end of your holiday.
A deposit payment (25%) will be due within 5 days. The Balance is due 8 weeks before arrival.

The rates include Linen (except Beach Towels) electricity, and full use of the Leisure Facilities – Indoor Swimming Pool, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Tennis Courts, Table Tennis etc.
