The master bedroom, with En-suite shower room, has a king-sized bed with views over the countryside and Maenporth Beach. The other bedrooms both have twin beds, with plenty of storage space.

The open plan kitchen, lounge and dining area are all very well equipped. You’ll find heaps of hidden extra luxuries, such as Nespresso machine (for those who need their perfect coffee!), Bluetooth speakers, underfloor heating in the bathrooms… a lot of care has been taken to make this home a perfect spot for your holiday! The balcony’s, with seating, has incredible views over the sea and countryside.

The property has been recently refurbished to a very high standard.  

The sitting /dining room is large, carpeted and open plan. A sliding patio door leads to the balcony with countryside and sea views. The dining area has a large table and the sitting area has plenty of seating.  

The fitted kitchen has oak flooring; a granite worktop; electric fan double oven; electric hob; microwave oven; toaster; dishwasher and fridge/freezer. A Nespresso capsule coffee machine is available.  

Bedroom 1 has a king-sized double bed with reading lights, dressing table and walk-in wardrobe. The marble en-suite has a large walk-in shower with very good water pressure, underfloor heating, heated towel rails, marble basin and WC. The bedroom balcony has countryside & beach views.  

Bedroom 2 is spacious with twin beds, drawer units and a hanging rail.

Booking Information
Bookings are from 15.00 on your start day to 10.00 at the end of your holiday.

A deposit payment (25%) will be due within 5 days. The Balance is due 8 weeks before arrival.

To make a booking – on the calendar hover over your holiday dates, you will then be able to see confirmation of price and availability.

Just “click” and you will be able to book. The rates include Linen (except Beach Towels) electricity, and full use of the Leisure Facilities – Indoor Swimming Pool, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Tennis Courts, Table Tennis etc.
