Coronovirus (Covid-19) Update.

As we remain in uncertain times, we would like to reassure you that we will work with you to secure your holiday with Maenporth Holidays.

If your accommodation is not being provided for any reason, or if you need to cancel your booking due to the UK Public Health Measures, or a member of your party tests for Covid-19 we will either fully refund you the amount you have paid for your booking or move your booking to a later date this year.

Enhanced cleaning measure have been implemented to provide a safe environment for our guests. We will send out more information nearer to your holiday arrival date. This policy applies to all our properties.   March 2021.

Welcome to 41, Seascape, a superb three bedroom cottage with magnificent sea views.

For 2021 the cottage has been refurbished. This includes complete redecoration, new carpets and heating with a new kitchen installed. (Photos not yet updated except first look at the fitted kitchen.)

The spacious open plan living/dining area has lovely sea views and double doors to the balcony. Here guests can sit and enjoy the beautiful views over Maenporth beach and Falmouth bay.

The kitchen is fully equipped with the latest high quality appliances and has a large breakfast bar opening through to the dining/living area.

The double and twin bedded rooms have stunning sea views. The twin room has a door to a private patio terrace with seating overlooking the sea and large gardens. The bunk bedroom has a door to its own patio area. All bedrooms have built in wardrobes and cupboards.

There is a modern bathroom, a separate cloakroom and a utility room which houses the washer/drier.

To maximise the views the living accommodation and balcony are on the first floor and the bedrooms on the ground floor. 

The spacious living/dining room has double doors leading to its own balcony (with patio table set), superb views of the beach and cove and out across Falmouth Bay.  

In the entrance hall a storage cupboard contains a washer/dryer and there is an upstairs cloakroom with wash basin and toilet.  

Stairs lead down to three bedrooms all with built in wardrobes. The double and twin rooms have lovely sea views and the twin room has access to a private terrace leading to large lawned gardens next to woodland. The bunk bedroom has a built on wardrobe and access to its own enclosed epatio.  

The bathroom has a bath/shower, wash basin and toilet. Double glazing, electric heating and underfloor bathroom heating makes for delightful year round accommodation.  

Sorry but no smoking is permitted in the property and regretfully, no pets.

Booking Information

Bookings are from 15.00 on your start day to 10.00 at the end of your holiday.

A deposit payment (25%) will be due within 5 days. The Balance is due 8 weeks before arrival.

To make a booking – on the calendar hover over your holiday dates, you will then be able to see confirmation of price and availability. Just “click” and you will be able to book.

The rates include Linen (except Beach Towels) electricity, and full use of the Leisure Facilities – Indoor Swimming Pool, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Tennis Courts, Table Tennis etc.
