To maximise the views the living accommodation and balcony are on the first floor and the bedrooms on the ground floor.
The spacious living/dining room has double doors leading to its own balcony (with patio table set), superb views of the beach and cove and out across Falmouth Bay.
The fully equipped, modern kitchen has a large breakfast bar opening into the dining area. In the entrance hall a storage cupboard contains a washer/dryer and there is an upstairs cloakroom with wash basin and toilet.
Stairs lead down to three bedrooms all with built in wardrobes. The double and twin rooms have lovely sea views and the twin room has access to a private terrace leading to large lawned gardens next to woodland. The bunk bedroom has a built on wardrobe and access to its own enclosed epatio.
The bathroom has a bath/shower, wash basin and toilet. Double glazing, electric heating and underfloor bathroom heating makes for delightful year round accommodation.
Sorry but no smoking is permitted in the property and regretfully, no pets.
Booking Information
Bookings are from 15.00 on your start day to 10.00 at the end of your holiday.
A deposit payment (25%) will be due within 5 days. The Balance is due 8 weeks before arrival.
To make a booking – on the calendar hover over your holiday dates, you will then be able to see confirmation of price and availability. Just “click” and you will be able to book.
The rates include Linen (except Beach Towels) electricity, and full use of the Leisure Facilities – Indoor Swimming Pool, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Tennis Courts, Table Tennis etc.
