Arranged over two floors, this lovely Cornish retreat boasts breathtaking sea views, stunning woodlands and is set within 29 acres of exotic gardens. The large master bedroom has its own modern en-suite walk in shower, loo and super-king sized bed. The ocean views and sunrise make waking up here an unforgettable experience. 
The second bedroom has a full-sized bunk bed, a stand alone full-sized single bed and offers lovely views over the mature exotic gardens. On this level there is also a good sized modern family bathroom with bath and loo.

Downstairs, the huge open plan sitting room, well equipped kitchen and cosy dining area all come together to create the perfect space for relaxing and socialising together on your holiday. Sliding doors open out onto a lovely sheltered, seated balcony with breathtaking views that are spectacular whatever the weather. The lounging area has two generous sofas, a Smart TV and plenty of books and games. The property is located in the heart of The Maenporth Estate, literally a few seconds’ walk from the indoor pool, spa and sauna. and must be one of the best views on the site overlooking the beach.  Would recommend Glendurgan over Trebah as a garden visit and the walk to Swanpool over the headland.
