The master bedroom, with En-suite shower room, has a super king sized bed and beautiful sea views to wake up to. The spacious second bedroom has a bunk bed and single bed, perfect for families. There is a also a sofa bed in the large lounge area, downstairs, to allow flexibility in sleeping arrangements. The open plan lounge and dining area, tastefully furnished, has sliding doors to the balcony, overlooking Maenporth beach. The kitchen is ample and very well equipped.

36, Lower Stables, has stunning views of the sea and woodland The house is very convenient for the Leisure Centre and minutes from the beach.  

The entrance hall leads to the lounge and has a Cloakroom with WC, also a storage cupboard with a washer/drier machine, and airing cupboard. 

The large open plan sitting/dining room has Sliding doors to the balcony with Sea views . The lounge dining area is very well furnished, with very interesting pictures & other artwork. Freeview television, DVD,  and Wi-Fi. The sofa bed in the living/dining area allows flexibility in sleeping arrangements, but there is a limit of five people + baby 

The kitchen is well equipped and has a fan oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher, washer/drier. There is also plenty of storage. 

Upstairs there is large double bedroom with a super king sized bed and there are 2 windows with lovely sea views. Good sized en-suite shower room & WC. Plenty of storage 

The good sized second bedroom has bunk beds and a single bed.

 The bathroom has a shower bathtub, washbasin and WC.

 Sorry but smoking is not allowed within the property, also regretfully No Pets.

Booking Information

Bookings are from 15.00 on your start day to 10.00 at the end of your holiday.

A deposit payment (25%) will be due within 5 days. The Balance is due 8 weeks before arrival.

To make a booking – on the calendar hover over your holiday dates, you will then be able to see confirmation of price and availability.

Just “click” and you will be able to book. The rates include Linen (except Beach Towels) electricity, and full use of the Leisure Facilities – Indoor Swimming Pool, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Tennis Courts, Table Tennis etc.
