A stunning 2 Bedroom Apartment with a private balcony and beautiful views over Maenporth Beach and Nature Reserve. Inside this newly updated apartment you’ll find two beautiful bedrooms, a brand new modern kitchen with open-plan living and dining area. The stylish kitchen is extremely well equipped with everything you could need including a N’espresso chrome finish coffee machine, oven/hob, dishwasher, washer/dryer, large fridge/freezer and microwave – all new.
The living area has its own private balcony offering uninterrupted views out over the beach, the sea and the stunning nature reserve and lake. From here, you can often see the resident peregrine falcon and heron that frequent the area. When you’re not being distracted by all that, we provide free Wi-Fi, a television (with Freeview channels, Freesat and Netflix), board games, DVDs, and plenty of books. Both bedrooms have been newly decorated with care and attention to detail. The master bedroom has a king sized bed and ocean views. There is plenty of storage and even a dedicated workspace in the second twin bedroom with a desk and chair. The newly designed walk-in shower room is finished with grey slate feature tiles and pretty Moroccan style detailing.
