We are very excited as in addition to redecoration the property will benefit from new lounge and bedroom furniture and new en-suite shower in the master bedroom.
Unchanged is the stunning sea view from the bedroom balcony and the valley/sea views from the lounge balcony


Coronovirus (Covid-19) Update.

As we remain in uncertain times, we would like to reassure you that we will work with you to secure your holiday with Maenporth Holidays.

If your accommodation is not being provided for any reason, or if you need to cancel your booking due to the UK Public Health Measures, or a member of your party tests for Covid-19 we will either fully refund you the amount you have paid for your booking or move your booking to a later date this year.

Enhanced cleaning measure have been implemented to provide a safe environment for our guests. We will send out more information nearer to your holiday arrival date. This policy applies to all our properties.   March 2021.

Welcome to 20, The Crags – a 2 bedroom apartment with fantastic sea views from every room and sleeps up to 4 people.

The master bedroom has a double bed, with an En-suite WC. The second bedroom has a full sized bunk beds – perfect for kids and adults alike.

Both bedrooms have patio doors opening out onto a balcony with stunning sea views over Maenporth beach and Falmouth bay, a beautiful sight to wake up to!

The open plan kitchen, lounge and dining area open out to a balcony with beautiful sea and countryside views.

20, The Crags is a two bedroom apartment with access at ground floor level, but, because of the sloping land, the spectacular sea and countryside views are from balconies at first floor level. 

The sitting / dining room is open plan with doors to the balcony with sea and countryside views. Two 2 seater sofas; freeview television DVD and video player. WiFi.

The kitchen area has a cherry  fitted kitchen; electric fan oven with hob; microwave oven; dishwasher, fridge/freezer. A separate cupboard in the hallway houses a combined washing machine / dryer. 

There is a double bedroom with en suite WC and washbasin. The second bedroom has full sized bunks. Both bedrooms have doors to another balcony with stunning sea views over Maenporth beach and Falmouth Bay. Family bathroom with bath / shower.

The property has with sea views from all rooms, as well as the balconies.  Full use of all the leisure facilities is included. There are a a few step to the parking area. 

Sorry but smoking is not  allowed within the property, also regretfully No Pets.

Booking Information
Bookings are from 15.00 on your start day to 10.00 at the end of your holiday.

A deposit payment (25%) will be due within 5 days. The Balance is due 8 weeks before arrival.

To make a booking – on the calendar hover over your holiday dates, you will then be able to see confirmation of price and availability.

Just “click” and you will be able to book.

The rates include full use of the Leisure Facilities – Indoor Swimming Pool, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Tennis Courts, Table Tennis etc.

Please Note Bathroom towels provided – please bring your own pool and beach towels.
