The open plan kitchen is well equipped and the open plan lounge and dining area opens out onto the balcony with sea views over Maenporth beach.

 23, The Crags is a two bedroomed first floor apartment with valley and countryside views and from the balcony a sea view. Recently refurbished.The sitting /dining room is open plan with a door to the balcony. The dining area has a round table with four chairs and the sitting area has a double sofa and 2 single chairs. There is freeview television with integral DVD player.

The kitchen area has a cherry fitted kitchen; electric fan oven; electric hob; microwave oven; dishwasher; fridge; freezer. A cupboard in the hallway houses a combined washing machine/dryer.

The main bedroom has a King sized double bed, TV & wardrobe. The second bedroom has full sized bunk beds.
The fully refurbished bathroom has a bath with shower over, wash basin and W.C.

The property has countryside views from all rooms as well as a sea view from the balcony and through the kitchen area window.

Sorry but smoking is not allowed within the property, also regretfully No Pets.

Booking Information

Bookings are from 15.00 on your start day to 10.00 at the end of your holiday.

A deposit payment (25%) will be due within 5 days. The Balance is due 8 weeks before arrival.

To make a booking – on the calendar hover over your holiday dates, you will then be able to see confirmation of price and availability.

Just “click” and you will be able to book.

The rates include Linen (except Beach Towels) electricity, and full use of the Leisure Facilities – Indoor Swimming Pool, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Tennis Courts, Table Tennis etc.
