As we remain in uncertain times, we would like to reassure you that we will work with you to secure your holiday with Maenporth Holidays.

If your accommodation is not being provided for any reason, or if you need to cancel your booking due to the UK Public Health Measures, or a member of your party tests for Covid-19 we will either fully refund you the amount you have paid for your booking or move your booking to a later date this year.

Enhanced cleaning measure have been implemented to provide a safe environment for our guests. We will send out more information nearer to your holiday arrival date. This policy applies to all our properties.   March 2021.

Welcome to 48, Upper Stables. This 3 bedroom home has a large garden and patio area, a perfect spot to catch the sun!

The master bedroom has a double bed with storage space, and, through the alcove window, distant sea views. The second bedroom has comfy twin beds, and the third bedroom has full sized bunk beds.

The light and spacious open plan kitchen, lounge and dining area have French windows leading to an outside patio area with a garden and woodland views.

48, Upper Stables is a three bedroom semi-detached property with a patio and a good sized grass area with views to the sea. It is convenient for the Leisure Centre and beach.

The entrance hall has a toilet / shower off, also a storage cupboard, and seperate cuboard with washer drier. 

There is an large very light open plan sitting / dining room with French doors to rear patio area. Two sofas, television and DVD player. Plenty of games and books. 

The kitchen has attractive wooden units with ceramic tiled floor, fan oven and hob; microwave oven; fridge/freezer; dishwasher. 

There is a good sized double bedroom to the rear of the property and alcove window with distant sea views. The second and third bedrooms are at the front. One has twin beds and alcove window, whilst the other has full size bunk beds. 

The bathroom has a bath with good shower attachment, washbasin and WC.

Also high chair and travel cot is available. 

Sorry but smoking is not allowed within the property, also regretfully No Pets.

Booking Information

Bookings are from 15.00 on your start day to 10.00 at the end of your holiday.

A deposit payment (25%) will be due within 5 days. The Balance is due 8 weeks before arrival.

To make a booking – on the calendar hover over your holiday dates, you will then be able to see confirmation of price and availability.

The rates include Linen (except Beach Towels) electricity, and full use of the Leisure Facilities – Indoor Swimming Pool, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Tennis Courts, Table Tennis etc.
