Coronovirus (Covid-19) Update.

As we remain in uncertain times, we would like to reassure you that we will work with you to secure your holiday with Maenporth Holidays.

If your accommodation is not being provided for any reason, or if you need to cancel your booking due to the UK Public Health Measures, or a member of your party tests for Covid-19 we will either fully refund you the amount you have paid for your booking or move your booking to a later date this year.

Enhanced cleaning measure have been implemented to provide a safe environment for our guests. We will send out more information nearer to your holiday arrival date. This policy applies to all our properties.   March 2021.

The master bedroom has a double bed and En-suite shower room. The second bedroom has 2 twin beds and is tastefully decorated.

Both bedrooms have outstanding sea views, with patio doors leading out on terrace and lawn with uninterrupted views over Maenporth Beach.

The open plan kitchen is well equipped, and the spacious dining and lounge area open out onto a private balcony with glorious sea views

The Property has reversed accommodation to maximise the outlook. It is fitted out with care and has high quality furniture and fittings throughout.

From the front door stairs* go down to the main hall with a large storage cupboard and an airing cupboard with a washing machine.

The hall leads to the well furnished main lounge area with patio doors to a balcony with glorious sea views. The lounge is spacious and includes a dining area. It is open plan with a very well equipped kitchen.

Downstairs to the main double bedded bedroom which has a good sized very high standard walk in shower room & WC. The bedroom has sea views and a patio door leading to a terrace & grassy area with uninterrupted sea views.

The 2nd bedroom has twin beds patio door to the terrace with sea views.

Next to the 2nd bedroom is the main bathroom has a high quality bath with shower, WC & basin.

The Terrace is quite private as each property is staggered back from each other. 

No 7 is a no smoking property, and regretfully no pets

* there are 15 stairs down from the front door

Booking Information
  • Bookings are from 15.00 on your start day to 10.00 at the end of your holiday
  • A deposit payment (25%) will be due within 5 days. The Balance is due 8 weeks before arrival.
  • To make a booking – on the calendar hover over your holiday dates, you will then be able to see confirmation of price and availability. Just “click” and you will be able to book.
  • The rates include Linen (except Beach Towels) electricity, and full use of the Leisure Facilities – Indoor Swimming Pool, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Tennis Courts, Table Tennis etc.
