The Property has reversed accommodation to maximise the outlook of sea and woodland Views The entrance is at first floor level, which leads through the entrance hall ( with cloakroom and storage cupboard containing Washer/ drier ) to the main living area. This is open plan with a very well equipped NEFF kitchen and spacious dining and lounge area with a double patio door leading out to a balcony which has stunning sea views towards Maenporth Cove and Falmouth Bay.
Downstairs the main King double bedded bedroom has sea views and a patio door leading to a grassy area and a patio. The second bedroom has a double bed, and sea views. The third bedroom has trundle beds and a patio door leading to a handy enclosed patio area.
The bathroom has a bath with shower, WC & basin. Also available highchair, stairgate, travel-cot (not bedding)
It is very well furnished, more as a home than a holiday home. With double glazing and Night Storage heaters it is ideal a holiday any time of the year.
Sorry but smoking is not allowed within the property, also regretfully No Pets.
Booking Information
Bookings are from 15.00 on your start day to 10.00 at the end of your holiday.
A deposit payment (25%) will be due within 5 days. The Balance is due 8 weeks before arrival.

The rates include Linen (except Beach Towels) electricity, and full use of the Leisure Facilities – Indoor Swimming Pool, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Tennis Courts, Table Tennis etc.
