This beautiful 3 bedroom house with uninterrupted ocean and countryside views, is the perfect place to relax and unwind with friends and family. On entry to the property, guests are welcomed into a spacious and bright open plan living room with a large oak dining table and a modern and well-equipped kitchen with breakfast bar and granite worktops.
The lounge area offers two huge comfy leather sofas and amazing views from the newly refurbished balcony which has stunning panoramic views of Maenporth beach, St Anthony’s Head and beyond.

The lower ground floor offers two double bedrooms with more beautiful sea views. The slightly larger master bedroom has direct access onto the gardens and patio area. The third bedroom has its own secluded patio garden with a full-sized single bed and option for a second bed in the form of a pull out trundle. The family bathroom is bright and spacious with bath and over head shower. Upstairs there is also a cloakroom WC.42 Lower Stables is a beautiful property ready made for the perfect getaway.

there is something for all the family here from 5 to 85. Thank you for providing colouring pens, paper and games for the younger ones. We’ve made good use of the pool, tennis courts, playground and beach and been lucky with the weather. Thank you for a lovely week.

We had amazing weather for October half-term

and that meant lots of playing on the beach and even in the sea. We would recommend Bali curries in Falmouth and the Cove for a more upmarket dinner. (Number 42 is excellent!!)
