Coronovirus (Covid-19) Update.

As we remain in uncertain times, we would like to reassure you that we will work with you to secure your holiday with Maenporth Holidays.

If your accommodation is not being provided for any reason, or if you need to cancel your booking due to the UK Public Health Measures, or a member of your party tests for Covid-19 we will either fully refund you the amount you have paid for your booking or move your booking to a later date this year.

Enhanced cleaning measure have been implemented to provide a safe environment for our guests. We will send out more information nearer to your holiday arrival date. This policy applies to all our properties.   March 2021.

Welcome to Seaview 43, with stunning sea and woodland views throughout.

Beautifully renovated, this lovely home has 3 bedrooms, for up to 6 people. The master bedroom with King Sized Double Bed, has sea views and a secluded garden area. The second bedroom, with twin beds, overlooks Maenporth beach. The smaller bedroom has a bunk bed with doors to an enclosed patio area.

The lounge, dining and kitchen area is all open plan,  with everything you could possibly need! From there – the balcony overlooks Maenporth beach… a perfect spot for breakfast.

The Property has reversed accommodation to maximise the outlook. The entrance is at first floor level, which leads through the entrance hall with cloakroom and storage cupboard containing Washer/ drier ) to the main living area. This is open plan with a very well equipped NEFF kitchen and spacious dining and lounge area with a patio door leading out to a balcony which has stunning sea views. 

Downstairs the main King Size Double Bed has sea views, Flat TV and a patio door leading to a secluded grassy area and a patio. The second bedroom has twin beds, and sea views. The third bedroom has bunk bed,TV, and a patio door leading to an enclosed patio area.

The bathroom has a NEW walk-in shower with Rain Shower Head, separate power shower head, underfloor heating, WC & basin. 

It is very well furnished, more as a home than a holiday home. Many bookings are by families who go back year after year. 

Sorry but smoking is not  allowed within the property, also regretfully No Pets.

Booking Information

Bookings are from 15.00 on your start day to 10.00 at the end of your holiday.

A deposit payment (25%) will be due within 5 days. The Balance is due 8 weeks before arrival.

To make a booking – on the calendar hover over your holiday dates, you will then be able to see confirmation of price and availability.

Just “click” and you will be able to book.

The rates include Linen (except Beach Towels) electricity, and full use of the Leisure Facilities – Indoor Swimming Pool, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Tennis Courts, Table Tennis etc.
