New for summer 2024, welcome to 76 Nursery Cottages. An outstanding four bedroom family home located at the very heart of the prestigious private Maenporth Estate. The cottage is generously proportioned and thoughtfully designed with contemporary, luxurious styling and a peaceful and beautiful alfresco seating and dining area set amongst mature woodlands and exotic plants. As you step through the entrance hall you arrive straight into the bright and sophisticated open plan living, dining and kitchen area. There are double french doors which open directly onto beautiful mature wooded gardens with a cosy and inviting rattan alfresco seating area. There are even lovely blankets for you to snuggle up under in the evening. An outdoor oasis!
The newly refurbished kitchen has elegant black and brass cabinets with white stone worktops and marble dining table creating a modernist, artistic ambiance. With a huge dusky pink squishy sofa, large smart TV and mid century styling it’s a unique space to socialise, relax and unwind. As you make your way upstairs the four bedrooms and family bathroom share the same landing area. The space is bright, modern and airy with tons of natural daylight. The beautiful master bedroom has a high quality king sized double bed, bedside tables and lighting, a chest of drawers and beautiful views of the gardens and woodlands. The second bedroom has a double bed, a modern design working desk area, comfy incidental chair and chest of drawers. The third bedroom is next to the master with gorgeous sunny views over the gardens, a lovely single day-bed style bed, clothes storage and shelving. Bedroom four also has a single day-bed style single bed, bedside table and under-bed storage for clothes. Like the downstairs, each of these rooms are designed and decorated with an artistic eye and a keen attention to detail. The family bathroom is also on this second floor and this offers a full sized bath, shower over, WC and wash basin.
