Welcome to ‘Roseland’, 56 Upper Maen: A beautiful Cornish seaside retreat sleeping four. Immaculately presented and newly updated, this cosy cottage offers a bright and sunny open-plan living, dining and kitchen area on the ground floor. Perfect for socialising, cooking and relaxing together on your holiday. The living room opens directly onto the picturesque patio with an alfresco dining table and mature gardens.
Upstairs the spacious master bedroom has a comfortable double bed, wonderful garden views, a large smart TV, a dressing table and lots of storage.

Similarly the twin bedroom with full-sized single beds features pretty artworks and lovely views over the communal exotic gardens of the estate. Plenty of room to relax! The large family bathroom is located upstairs with bath and shower-over. A second shower and spacious drying room is located on the ground floor as you enter the property. Perfect for wetsuits, and post sea-dip showers to warm up! All in all ‘Roseland’ is a proper home from home. A perfect place to relax and make lots of happy memories!

The kids loved all the facilities (pool, tennis, table tennis etc) Enjoyed Crazy golf café, up the road, Praa Sands, Kynance Cove as well as Maenporth Beach, itself. Kids want to come back next year. Accommodation outstanding.

Been to Maenporth many times before, but it was our first time in “Roseland”

It had everything we needed: we had a lovely time here. A nice walk is Kynance Cove to Lizard Point where you can often see seals. We prefer Sennen Cove and Porthcurno instead of Lands End.
