Coronovirus (Covid-19) Update.

As we remain in uncertain times, we would like to reassure you that we will work with you to secure your holiday with Maenporth Holidays.

If your accommodation is not being provided for any reason, or if you need to cancel your booking due to the UK Public Health Measures, or a member of your party tests for Covid-19 we will either fully refund you the amount you have paid for your booking or move your booking to a later date this year.

Enhanced cleaning measure have been implemented to provide a safe environment for our guests. We will send out more information nearer to your holiday arrival date. This policy applies to all our properties.   March 2021.

Welcome to 51, Upper Stables – a lovely 3 bedroom cottage, beautifully furnished and very well looked after!

The spacious double bedroom has a king sized bed overlooking nearby woodland. The two smaller bedrooms, with twin beds and a bunk beds are both very tastefully decorated and comfortable.

The very well equipped kitchen leads to an open plan lounge and dining area, with doors to the enclosed patio and grassy gardens.

51, Upper Stables is a very well kept three bedroom property with its own good size grass area with views to the sea. It is convenient for the Leisure Centre. The entrance hall has a toilet / shower off, also a storage cuboard, and seperate cuboard with washer drier. 

There is an large open plan sitting / dining room with French doors to rear patio area. Two sofas, freeview television and DVD. 

The kitchen is attractive Italian limed oak kitchen with ceramic tiled floor and AEG fan oven and hob; microwave oven; fridge/freezer;dishwasher.

 There is a good sized Double bedroom to the rear of the property with king size bed and alcove window overlooking woodland. The second and third bedrooms are at the front. One has twin beds and alcove window, whilst the other has full size bunk beds. 

The bathroom has a bath with good shower attachment, washbasin and WC.

Also 2 high chairs and 1 travel cot available are available in the house. 

Sorry but smoking is not allowed within the property, also regretfully No Pets.

Booking Information
Bookings are from 15.00 on your start day to 10.00 at the end of your holiday.

A deposit payment (25%) will be due within 5 days. The Balance is due 8 weeks before arrival.

To make a booking – on the calendar hover over your holiday dates, you will then be able to see confirmation of price and availability. Just “click” and you will be able to book.

The rates include Linen (except Towels) electricity, and full use of the Leisure Facilities – Indoor Swimming Pool, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Tennis Courts, Table Tennis etc.
